Excellent location - 10 min to the rail station (including shinkansen), 3 min to the non-stop supermarket. Good services (breakfest, laundry, TV room). Simple clean rooms. Kind helpful people.

great and knowledgeable staff, spotlessly clean, big umbrellas to borrow, could leave there our backpack for a week while travelling around Japan - we are staying here on our last night again. Kyoto is fantastic!
a bit far from the nightlife, local train stop is cca 5 min walk though.

I recently stayed at K's House in Kyoto for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to provide information and assistance. The lounge and dining area were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was superb, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with easy access to local bus and underground. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisine options. The hostel was always clean and tidy, and the Japanese-style rooms were a unique and affordable option. I would highly recommend K's House for anyone visiting Kyoto.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The bathrooms and communal areas were clean, tidy and well stocked.
The pillow was old and practically flat, I folded mine in half.

I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth staying at this hostel. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff treated me like family. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the food district and close to the station and bars.
Breakfast choices could use a bit of improvement, but everything else was top-notch.

The staff at this hostel were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel had safety measures in place, such as keycard access only to your room floor and common areas. They had convenient luggage storage options, allowing me to leave my bags before check-in and after check-out. I appreciated the personal storage space under the bed, which fit my backpack and medium-sized luggage. the bed and comforter were also incredibly soft, leading to a good night's sleep. It was great to have an organized space for shoes, with shoeboxes and slippers available.
I felt extremely welcome during my stay and the staff were always willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great place to stay when in Kyoto with very good location and nice staff. Everything is modern and clean, there`s a lounge and bar where you can meet other travelers, browse the internet or just read the books and magazines. Atmosphere is very friendly, you really don`t feel like in a hotel. I definitely recommend, especially for young people.
